Leadership Council

WHY YOU?

Because you are a proven leader and because you see the value in fostering a platform dedicated to advancing the conversation around LGBT Civil, Legal and Human Rights.  You value supporting the movement by delivering a safe and inspiring space to convene the minds of the movement.

The Leadership Council of The LGBT Institute is the singular body helping to oversee every aspect of The Institute. The Leadership Council also helps approve the selection of the Annual Medal Honorees, and hosts the annual National Center for Civil and Human Rights LGBT Institute Medals™ Gala.

The Leadership Council meets annually during the day leading up to the Medals Gala, and conducts two virtual meetings to discuss the direction and needs of The National Center for Civil & Human Rights LGBT Institute.

OUR LEADERSHIP COUNCIL IS INVESTED.

Each member of The National Center for Civil and Human Rights LGBT Institute Leadership Council is required to raise $5000.

Corporate Council

Because Human Rights matter.

The Corporate Council meets annually in connection with The Leadership Council's annual meeting at the Medals Gala, and convenes virtually two times each year.

Each member of The National Center for Civil and Human Rights LGBT Institute Corporate Council is required to make an annual cash donation or fundraising commitment.
